Handbook for a Black Protester

Black people have always taken the brunt of American aggression and violence. We get hit first and hardest. We are first to be fired and last to be hired. You're not targeted for harassment, arrest and incarceration by the police because you're a woman or a Gay or a midget. It's because you're Black, a Black man in particular. The reason why we are so hated by White people is because we remind them of who they are: a plague to this planet. It's not just about the torture and murder of one Black man by one officer. It's how the entire system is set up and how the entire nation responds to what happens to us. And I know, I know, there are White people who are protesting too. So not all White people are bad, right? But where were they before this event? What happened to them after the last such event? Did their morality chip just activate in the last few weeks? They're all complicit just like the other 3 officers we couldn't see in the infamous George Floyd snuff film. They [White people] are the reason the police are allowed to target and harass Black people--and Black men in particular-- with little to no fear of consequence. They are the reason why it takes a riot to get an indictment against a police officer. They are the reason for the ineffectual leadership we see across the nation from the bottom to the top.

But, somehow, it's always our fault, isn't it? It's no longer about the murderous pig or the people who put him in that position, but the Black people "tearing up they own community" that they don't actually own, by the way. Do you remember the housing crisis that supposedly led to the Economic Crisis of 2008? Do you remember who got blamed for that? It was the Blacks who couldn't afford their ballooning payments after the teaser interest rates ended. Even though 85-90% of people were paying, a small batch of broke Blacks brought this country to its knees by simply not paying. And note they blamed the Blacks, not the lenders who preyed on the most financially vulnerable population.

Fast forward to Corona. At first it was a White disease, but Blacks became the face of it as we, once again, brought this country to its knees. With so many Black protesters congregating, surely we are going to see another wave, especially among Black Americans. And what has been the gov't response to this? Arresting protesters and putting them in holding pens or jails, the most corona-ridden places of all. The Blacks are at it again....purposely getting arrested so they can infect one another and then you. Some nefarious n!ggas, ain't we?

Let me make it real with an example. What do you do with school systems that are predominantly Black, you know, the overcrowded hell holes that are similar to where they hold protesters and prisoners? The CDC says you need 6 ft. That isn't just on one axis. That's a radius, player. That ends up being approximately 110 square ft. What's the average classroom size? 8-900 square feet? How is that going to work? Even if you just make it so there's 6 ft to the left and right of students so they can only effectively sneeze on the person in front of them, or package them like vacuum sealed meat, or put them behind bullet proof glass like they're selling fried chicken in the hood, how do you fit 35 in a room? Seems to me you're going to need more personnel, more space, more everything. For gym class, instead of gym shorts and tennis shoes, you're going to have them play 2K. Don't worry, just swipe the credit card and balloon the debt payments, you know, like what happened to Black people with the adjusted-rate mortgage.😄

Or maybe you just keep things virtual for the Black students and the White students can go back like nothing happened. We can have a two-tiered educational system, you know, like the kind we already have but don't call it for what it is. In any case, I don't see any widespread fraud or unintended consequences happening as a result of such an approach.😄

Understand if they're lying, or overstating the case for Corona, they're going to have to admit it or fight on that lie, especially with the start of the new school year about 2 months away in some Southern states. The takeaway here is it's not hard being a black protester. All you got to do is be black and ready to die.
