I came across a post on facebook talking about Black villains. It was a mix of real and fictional characters. I'm going to focus of the fictional characters since they were the majority.

Do you think I found one brawd who said Albert aka "Mista"was "mistanderstood?" Nope. Do you think I found one brawd who found it odd to make a Black man the main antagonist in the Jim Crow south? Nope.
Here's another one:

Do you think I found one female who said it doesn't make sense to have Charles on this list? Nope. In the case of Charles, his "villainous act" was cheating on his wife who deprived him of s.ex and chastised him for looking at dirty magazines to relieve himself. His wife was not pictured as a villain in this list for depriving her husband and for supporting her sons who are in the midst of creating one of the largest cocaine distribution and money-laundering organizations in U.S. history.
Finally, we have this chick nick-named "Madam."

She is in a Tyler Perry produced show called All the Queen's Men. Pretty much all you need to know, huh? The premise of the show is taking all of the negative charcteristics associated with a traditional gangster, taking them to hyperbolic proportions, and giving them to a female. It then takes all of the negative characteristics of the groupie/mistress and gives them to the males. So the men are stupid, childlike, eye candy for women and the women are aggressive, go-getters in their underground economy. Sounds like the typical roll reversal bs they love to pump in the so-called black community, doesn't it?
This is actually worse than your typical TV gsngster flicks/shows because, if you were to role reverse it back, but keep the writing basically the same, the show would never make it to air because the wmn would throw a fit. If you make Madam into Man-Man, he would be 10 times worse than Mista is in their minds and would face no consequences for being that way. In fact, he would be rewarded in Madam's position for being that way just as she is. Celie would love him even more for being an "a$$h*le." His mistress would join them. And he would be even more verbally abusive because he can and what tf are you going to do about it? See, that's how Madam would play it. See why that would be a problem for the modern blk female? They don't have a problem with a wmn being worse than "Mista" by orders of magnitude and receiving no consequences for her actions.
Here's what I say and here's what they say:

The comments go on and on. And there are several other examples just like this in the thread. Not a single broad with a working moral compass. These women are irredeemable. It doesn't matter that the show is fake; their reactions to it are real. It's giving you insight into their insides and it's nothing nice.
The women gravitate towards this show because of the role reversal, but also because it illustrates the ghetto fantasy in their minds of what they think a matriarchy would look like... albeit dramatized. I have seen several bits and pieces of this show, literally 🤢. I promise you that you don't want to see it. If you need to get burned to learn, the link is here.
The fact that these broads can't even identify her as a villain or, more accurately, a monster, is troubling. She isn't a great villain but she definitely is one. Great villains are defined by their opposition as well as members of a rational audience being able to understnd their decisions in the moment i.e. devoid of context. For example, Walter White is a great villain because you can understand why he does certain things at each juncture. But once you step back and take a long view of his life, you're just looking at a ruthless, drug kingpin directly responsible for the deaths of many innocent people. On the other hand, characters like Jaws or Jason Voorhees just do things. We might like to attribute malice of forethought to their actions, but there's no real evidence to support that. Whoever is in front of them is the prey. Madam is more Great White than Walter White. But the bottom line is you don't feel sorry when either of them catch a bullet. I no longer care what bad things happen to the vast majority of wmn for the same reason I don't care what bad things happen to one dimensional villains and monsters. In both cases, they have earned their fate many times over.
